Photo Rejuvenation

It also referred to as photo facial, is a fast, non-invasive skin treatment that uses high intensive pulses

of light to effectively treat skin discolouration and photoaging at cellular level. Photo Rejuvenation uses light and laser therapy to rejuvenate the skin and gives it a overall smoother and younger appearance. There are two types of broadband light used in procedures: IPL and LED.

Both types penetrate deep within the skin to stimulate dormant skin cells while encouraging new collagen and elastin to develop.

IPL is a powerful broad-spectrum light that emits high-intensity pulses of light energy deep into the epidermis, causing blood vessels and collagen fibres to constrict without damaging the surface layer of skin.

It treats skin conditions so effectively because once targeted, the light is immediately absorbed by red blood cells and melanin deep within the skin, purposely damaging the areas where it’s been directed. This results in pigmentation being broken up while simultaneously speeding up cell turnover, effectively transforming red, patchy, sun-damaged skin to a more even complexion.

IPL can be used to improve multiple skin discolouration issues such as pigmented vascular lesions (telangiectasis, port wine stains, etc.) as well as pigmented skin spots or scars, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, and dark hair. IPL uses light energy to target specific areas in the skin.

Japanese gel is a professional, soft-gel nail product hailing from Japan. These products are made in the native country, undergoing strict quality inspection. They are also one of the most professional gel products on the market.

They are able to provide strong adhesion and easy removal with acetone at the same time. They allow the nail techs to differentiate between gel and natural nails so they can easily file it down without risking nail damage.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JAPANESE GELS AND REGULAR GELS?

Japanese gel products are versatile compared to others, allowing for single coat coverage and versatility. Japanese gel can also be used as adhesive to bond artificial nail tips to natural nails to build nail extensions (this is the technique used by our nail artists here in KaO).This gel and tips extension provides the strength of a hard gel but without the bulk, also they are more flexible and natural-looking. and do not have the same strong smell that the acrylic nail application comes with.
