Japanese gel is a professional, soft-gel nail product hailing from Japan. These products are made in the native country, undergoing strict quality inspection. They are also one of the most professional gel products on the market.
They are able to provide strong adhesion and easy removal with acetone at the same time. They allow the nail techs to differentiate between gel and natural nails so they can easily file it down without risking nail damage.
Japanese gel products are versatile compared to others, allowing for single coat coverage and versatility. Japanese gel can also be used as adhesive to bond artificial nail tips to natural nails to build nail extensions (this is the technique used by our nail artists here in KaO).This gel and tips extension provides the strength of a hard gel but without the bulk, also they are more flexible and natural-looking. and do not have the same strong smell that the acrylic nail application comes with.
At KaO with our skillful nail techs, Japanese gels can easily last more than 4 weeks. As for the gel and tip extensions, they can be reused up to two – three times if not longer.
